The role
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labor tasks on highway and concrete projects.
Support concrete placement and finishing crews to help deliver quality infrastructure.
Operate hand and power tools as needed to assist skilled trades.
Follow all site safety procedures and directions from foremen to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines in a fast-paced setting.
Help with material handling, equipment maintenance, and keeping work areas organized.
