The role
Lead ambiguous product data problems by designing scalable analysis frameworks and driving data-informed strategies across multiple domains.
Partner with product, engineering, design, and finance teams to proactively identify opportunities, align on strategy, and guide metric-driven decision-making.
Apply advanced statistical methods, causal inference, experimentation, and AI-assisted analytics to surface drivers of product performance and separate signal from noise.
Design, analyze, and interpret experiments; highlight trade-offs and limitations based on sample size and data quality.
Deliver multiple high-impact projects with clear deliverables and timelines; present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster a data-informed culture.
Mentor peers, raise the bar for data science practices, and advocate for rigorous data quality and scalable AI-native workflows across the organization.
