The role
Lead the development of cutting-edge ML and deep learning solutions to personalize user experiences across product surfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment and improve ML models for Homefeed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search.
Apply data-driven methods to optimize candidate retrieval and ranking, leveraging the unique properties of large-scale data.
Build end-to-end data processing pipelines and scalable ML systems with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop/Spark).
Operate in a high-impact environment with rapid experimentation and product launches, while staying current with industry trends.
Contribute to applied ML research and practical AI implementations that align with product objectives.
