The role
A factory production worker is responsible for operating automated box making machinery, loading materials onto machines, and stacking completed products onto pallets. The role requires close attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Candidates should have experience in factory environments and possess good organisational skills. The position involves manual handling, quality control, and working with automated equipment in a busy industrial setting. The work schedule is full-time, with hours from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and potential overtime, including Saturday mornings. Good transport arrangements are essential, as public transport options are limited in Wrangle.
