The role
A legal professional with post-qualification experience supports a team advising on corporate governance, regulatory changes, disputes, and compliance for internet infrastructure. The role involves drafting and negotiating technical and commercial agreements, supporting legal process improvements, and providing practical legal advice to the organisation. Knowledge of UK laws, government contracts, and experience in technology sectors are essential. Responsibilities include monitoring legislative developments, managing disputes, and maintaining consultant and policy documentation. The position requires clear communication skills, an ability to work independently, and building relationships across teams. Hybrid working with a minimum of 20% in-office attendance is expected, in either Oxford or London.
