The role
A Clinical Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualifications is sought to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team in Portsmouth. The role involves undertaking clinical medication reviews, managing patients with complex polypharmacy needs, and supporting primary care teams with prescribing and clinical case management. Candidates should possess a Master of Pharmacy degree, current GPhC registration, and an Independent Prescribing qualification, with desired experience in primary or hospital pharmacy.
