The role
The role involves conducting reactive and planned electrical maintenance tasks across a large estate, utilising electronic systems via smartphone. Candidates should possess a recognised electrical apprenticeship SQV3 or equivalent, and hold a current SJIB Electrician grading card. Experience in minor works, refurbishments, and new installations within complex environments is essential, along with driving licence possession. The post offers career development pathways, including Approved Electrician status, and requires participation in an emergency call-out rota after six months. Work is primarily Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with additional contractual overtime and involvement in emergency services.
