The role
Lead and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
Set the store culture, recruit, onboard, coach, and manage performance to build a scalable, growth-ready workforce.
Own profitability by driving sales, managing KPIs, and optimizing traffic and conversion in a fast-paced environment.
Train staff on product knowledge, features and benefits, and ensure top-tier customer service across all interactions.
Oversee operations including scheduling, payroll, visual merchandising, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and compliance.
Represent the brand at events, partner with HQ on strategy, and uphold safety, legal standards, and a customer-first mindset.
