The role
Own end-to-end HR operations for the studio, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance development for frontline staff.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Studio Assistants and Membership Sales Associates with clear job descriptions, interview guides, and scorecards.
Oversee onboarding/orientation, training materials, and coaching on service standards, sales basics, and policies.
Support scheduling, time-off requests, and shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
Administer HR records, payroll inputs, compliance with labor laws, and performance management processes.
Partner with leadership to build a scalable people program, promote engagement, and drive retention.
