The role
Lead the project team, subcontractors, and owner's representatives to ensure efficient installation of mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with design, safety, and schedule.
Develop and manage the contract items list for all components and materials to align ROJ dates with the project schedule and approvals.
Participate in schedule updates, support accurate forecasting, and evaluate RFIs to keep the project on track.
Oversee budgeting and negotiate change orders while monitoring the financial status of all subcontractors.
Co-lead MEP coordination with the VDC Engineer, guide scope of work, and coordinate with site logistics to resolve conflicts.
Lead turnover activities including start-up, testing, commissioning, closeout, QA plans, and regular field walkthroughs to ensure quality and compliance.
