The role
Educate homeowners on energy savings and community solar programs through in-person outreach.
Qualify prospects, answer eligibility questions, and guide enrollment steps.
Enroll customers in person, collect accurate information using the CRM, and follow up to finalize enrollments.
Deliver a positive, professional field customer experience while meeting daily and weekly enrollment goals.
Attend trainings and team meetings to stay current with offerings and performance expectations.
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 annually; requires strong organizational, communication, and persuasive selling skills.
