The role
Lead software engineering efforts delivering secure, scalable technology solutions for risk analytics in an agile environment.
Develop production-grade code in Python and Java, review peers, and ensure operational stability and security.
Architect solutions, evaluate external vendors, and guide junior engineers while fostering communities of practice.
Advance automation and CI/CD practices to accelerate delivery and improve resiliency across domains.
Leverage cloud-native technologies (AWS), Databricks, and ML/LLM concepts to empower data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders in finance risk functions to meet business objectives while promoting an inclusive culture.
