The role
Lead environmental planning and regulatory compliance for NEPA, permitting, and related studies on roadway, transit, and other infrastructure projects.
Serve as project manager, deputy PM, task manager, or environmental lead, overseeing budgets, scope, and schedule.
Guide NEPA documentation, environmental studies, and coordination with agencies and the public.
Develop and expand client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic transportation market, driving new business opportunities.
Mentor staff, review work for accuracy, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Prepare technical and cost proposals and support business development through proposals and client engagement.
