The role
Analyze large billing data sets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for GTM, Accounting, Finance, and Tax.
Triages tickets to detect misbilling and determines refunds or clawbacks with data-driven justification.
Support month-end close with data validation and incident investigation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiencies and scalable billing processes.
Partner with FinSys engineering to define product solutions and improvements to the billing platform.
Share knowledge and mentor teammates to strengthen the analytics capability of the team.
