The role
Represents clients in labor and employment proceedings, including litigation and related legal actions.
Regularly consults with clients to build and maintain strong relationships and provide strategic counsel.
Advises on business transactions, and the advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, rights and obligations.
Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations; analyzes probable outcomes using established precedents.
Initiates and responds to legal actions; presents and summarizes cases to judges and juries in high-stress settings.
Maintains professional knowledge through continuing education, networking, and travel as required.
