The role
Lead end-to-end AI and ML initiatives within a Center of Excellence, shaping strategy and delivering scalable, measurable solutions.
Ensure data governance and privacy across the data lifecycle, including collection, storage, access, retention, and output.
Translate business problems into actionable AI requirements and design reusable microservices to enable scalable deployment.
Develop AI/ML solutions using latest frameworks and tools, balancing open- and closed-source technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally across borders, partnering with technical teams to deploy in production and drive continuous learning.
Demonstrate strong communication, project leadership, and analytical rigor to navigate ambiguity and deliver impact.
