The role
Manage an assigned book of commercial lines, driving client retention and supporting new business growth.
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, including policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
Lead renewal efforts by researching clients, preparing submissions, negotiating coverages, and presenting proposals.
Monitor accounts receivable and take action on delinquent balances while ensuring data accuracy in agency systems.
Foster proactive service with clear, frequent communication within the account team and a focus on continuous improvement.
Maintain policy compliance, stay current with industry best practices, and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
