The role
As Regulatory Solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice on licensing, housing, environmental health, and anti-social behaviour within a local authority setting.
Represent the authority at court and in prosecutions, with support available to broaden coverage as needed.
Advise at Council committees and produce clear, tailored written materials for diverse audiences.
Demonstrate resilience and the ability to manage variable workloads in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Leverage your practicing certificate and knowledge of court and tribunal procedures to deliver timely, practical solutions.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, external partners, and elected Members while upholding high professional standards.
