The role
Lead and supervise professional and support staff across program sites to deliver high-quality, community-based services.
Direct area financial performance, oversee purchasing, ensure billing compliance, and maintain accurate documentation.
Implement growth strategies to increase census, maximize occupancy, and support new start development.
Foster relationships with case managers, referral partners, legislators, and guardians to support individuals served.
Demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
Drive quality and continuous improvement across operations to ensure mission-driven outcomes.
