The role
Role: IT Cybersecurity Specialist focused on delivering customer-centered IT support and security operations.
Troubleshoots computer problems and minimizes service interruptions through systematic problem solving.
Provides technical guidance and assistance to customers, translating technical details for non-technical audiences.
Assesses IT needs, documents inquiries, and supports system and desktop configurations and applications.
Performs data review for accuracy and ensures compliance with standards during work and data delivery.
Collaborates with IT teams to communicate status, maintain service quality, and support cybersecurity missions.
