The role requires expertise in deploying and maintaining firewalls, routers, and switches, alongside troubleshooting network faults and incidents. Candidates should have experience in project management, ITIL environment development, and delivering excellent customer support. Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge with colleagues are essential, along with Hunter certification or equivalent.
