The role
Lead the design and deployment of scalable ML systems for training and evaluating large-scale driving models and simulation-based data.
Develop and iterate reinforcement learning algorithms, reward functions, and training paradigms to generate high-fidelity driving behaviors.
Advance deep learning and generative AI techniques (LLM/VLM) to automate workflows, assist triage, and detect critical anomalies in driving data.
Oversee production ML models that assess fleet performance across millions of miles and ensure robust evaluation.
Stay current with industry and internal research to implement RLHF-based data collection and evaluation pipelines.
Collaborate with Prediction, Planning, and Research teams and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic ML initiatives.
