The role
Lead in-depth analysis of financial and user data to identify performance trends, optimization opportunities, and new product strategies.
Build and maintain data marts and data pipelines to streamline reporting and support data-driven decision making.
Define core business metrics and deliver insights via dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to drive customer acquisition, retention, and value optimization.
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to inform strategic decisions.
Continuously learn and apply industry trends and new analytical tools to improve capabilities.
