The role
Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, or .NET MAUI.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, milestones, and deliverables.
Integrate mobile apps with existing city systems, databases, and APIs, focusing on performance, accessibility, and security.
Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle.
Implement robust data security measures in line with IT policies and prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Publish, update, and manage apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and provide knowledge transfer to IT staff at project completion.
