The role
Grow B2B lead volume by cultivating relationships with banks, small business lenders, and financial service providers to generate referrals.
Build ecosystem partnerships with community and government partners, trade associations, and technical assistance centers to boost referrals and visibility.
Expand local outreach in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County through in-person meetings and presentations to reach key markets.
Support priority communities by prioritizing lead generation sources that serve start-ups, low-income individuals, and BIPOC and women entrepreneurs with referrals to external resources.
Maintain data excellence by daily CRM entry and monitoring data trends to adjust outreach strategies for improved lead quality.
This role requires travel within the Silicon Valley-South Bay and across the organization\'s footprint, with Spanish-language proficiency and strong communication skills.
