The role
Seasoned Construction Estimators are needed across Senior, Chief, and Mid-Level roles with healthcare project experience.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for healthcare, commercial, telecommunications, and laboratory construction.
Perform quantity takeoffs, bid preparations, budgeting, and value engineering to support competitive proposals.
Manage change orders and cost control while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.
Ensure bid integrity, quality estimates, and timely delivery of pricing packages for multiple projects.
