The role

An Infrastructure Support Engineer supports and maintains network and systems infrastructure across varied customer environments, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements. The role involves working with networking, firewall, server, and Microsoft 365 technologies, with responsibilities including technical support, project delivery, and customer liaison. Candidates are expected to have experience in MSP or similar environments, familiar with networking protocols, firewall management, and virtualisation platforms. The position requires travel to customer sites and a full UK driving licence. The work is predominantly home-based with one day a week in the Gloucester office, providing flexibility for technical and onsite tasks.
