The role
As a Clinical Assessment Specialist, you will assess and support patients, applying your clinical expertise to drive meaningful outcomes.
We welcome Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Paramedics to contribute to high-quality patient care.
You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, determine appropriate care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary support.
Focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate findings clearly, and adapt plans to evolving patient needs.
