The role
Own and improve PCB production processes, from equipment design to full manufacturing execution.
Develop environmentally friendly chemical recycling and waste-treatment strategies for the production line.
Design and run robust DoEs and physics-based analyses to diagnose and fix manufacturing issues.
Characterize defects, determine root causes, and implement action plans to raise yields.
Plan projects, budgets, and cost-benefit analyses for new processes or machinery, and lead activation and testing with a small team.
Collaborate across functions and communicate with leadership during critical design phases; frequent travel and startup involvement as needed.
