The role
Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance for industrial equipment, including AC/DC motors, servo motors, drives, conveyors, and related control systems.
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate equipment; perform unscheduled maintenance and replacements of defective parts per plant CMMS and maintenance schedules.
Execute temporary or permanent electrical installations and modifications in accordance with plant policies; document labor, parts, and equipment history in the CMMS.
Operate and service plant boiler, autoclaves, HVAC-related equipment, and collaborate with departments to resolve day-to-day issues.
Require a minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix or PLC-5 preferred) and strong troubleshooting skills.
Read OEM manuals and literature, demonstrate solid electrical and mechanical fundamentals, and work on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule in Westfield, MA.
