The role
A commercial plumber position is available in Bradford, supporting M&E divisions in completing full mechanical refurbishments and installations. The role involves installing and maintaining hot and cold-water systems, including pipework, valves, and fittings, as well as testing heating systems such as boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating. Coordination with HVAC and electrical trades is essential for successful project delivery. Candidates should have NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating or equivalent, and experience in commercial plumbing installations. A full UK driving licence is mandatory, along with desirable qualifications like an enhanced DBS, CSCS card, and Unvented Water Regulations certification. The role offers a salary between £38,000 and £42,000 depending on experience, with benefits including a company van, door-to-door travel, 32 days holiday, and overtime at 1.5x pay.
