The role
As the Healthcare Compliance Officer, you will strengthen the enterprise compliance program across the seven elements defined by the OIG/DOJ framework.
You will own the Compliance Hotline, document and track reports through resolution, and support internal investigations with thorough documentation.
You will lead or assist internal and external audits, gathering evidence and responding to auditor inquiries in a timely manner.
You will analyze compliance trends, provide leadership with data-driven insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
You will develop and revise policies and training materials and ensure timely completion of compliance training for new hires and existing staff.
You will collaborate with management and staff to ensure regulatory alignment, optimize workflows, and manage multiple projects with independent judgment while promoting ethics and accountability.
