The role
Lead the development and evolution of a cohesive brand voice across digital, retail, and print channels.
Create and maintain comprehensive brand guides and an editorial style guide for franchise partners.
Translate business goals into a unified content roadmap in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
Oversee omnichannel execution, realigning website content, product descriptions, and store collateral to the brand message.
Drive multi-channel campaigns, email streams, and scripting to ensure consistent franchise experiences.
Manage projects and teams with a confectioner's eye for detail, delivering high-quality content that supports business objectives.
