The role
Identify and qualify prospects for on-site home sales, guiding them through the purchase journey.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and clearly communicate product offerings, building processes, financing options.
Navigate sales agreements and addendums, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while maintaining compliance.
Manage buyers through the CRM/lead system, tracking progress and delivering exceptional customer service.
Set and meet sales goals, monitor market information, and coordinate with realtors for referral opportunities.
Prepare accurate reports on competition, sales, and traffic; stay current on community details and local amenities.
