The role
A Legal Counsel with expertise in UK banking law and financial regulation is sought to support retail and private banking legal activities in Edinburgh. The role involves providing legal, regulatory and commercial advice on home ownership, financial health and secured consumer lending matters. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, supporting key projects and legal strategies within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of MCOB, consumer financial regulation and secured lending is essential.
