The role
Lead and oversee multiple development teams delivering strategic Master Data systems and robust IT infrastructure solutions. Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, drive informed decisions, and coach teams to solve complex challenges. Ensure quality delivery from planning through production, enforce engineering standards and reviews, and manage incident responses with root-cause analyses. Promote continuous improvement, collaboration across diverse teams, and clear communication with stakeholders while staying current with evolving technologies.
