The role
Rôle stratégique en ressources humaines, en collaboration avec la direction générale, pour développer et gérer les talents.
Conduire le recrutement et l’attraction des talents, optimiser le sourcing et positionner le cabinet sur le marché.
Assurer l’expérience employée, l’engagement, l’intégration et les programmes de reconnaissance.
Gérer le développement des compétences, l’évaluation de la performance et les plans de formation.
Pilotage du département RH: performance, KPI, procédures, budget et conformité, avec accompagnement des gestionnaires.
Superviser les aspects administratifs (paie, congés, subventions) et conseiller la direction sur les stratégies RH.
