The role
An IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and motivating international project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. They define project scope, manage requirements and evaluate technical solutions to meet business goals. The role involves overseeing configuration, validation, and acceptance, as well as supporting implementation and change management processes. The successful candidate will produce project plans, reports, and governance updates, engaging with senior stakeholders and steering committees. They will ensure smooth handovers into service delivery and conduct post-implementation reviews to optimise delivery processes. This position requires a structured, analytical approach and strong communication skills, particularly in cross-cultural environments.
