The role
You will turn real-world business workflows into scalable, production-ready agentic AI systems that operate across tools and data sources.
Design LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act with enterprise-grade reliability, observability, and safety.
Balance rapid iteration with enterprise requirements to evolve prototypes into reusable, maintainable solutions.
Define evaluation standards and measure success, failures, and regressions to continually improve performance.
Debug agent behavior, refine prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails, and contribute to shared frameworks for consistency.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to shape scalable agentic platforms and patterns.
