The role
Lead end-to-end S&OP planning and network capacity initiatives across distribution and fulfillment networks.
Optimize the flow of goods, information, and services to balance supply and demand and improve network efficiency.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements, scalability, and automation, and define actionable metrics.
Manage cross-functional programs with stakeholders from Business, Operations, Product, and Finance to drive aligned outcomes.
Own program delivery, focusing on inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization using lean principles.
Communicate results to senior leadership and sustain a culture of continuous improvement that enhances customer experience.
