The role
Lead end-to-end procurement for special gases, packaged gases, electronic gases, and chemicals within a global engineering environment.
Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business goals, driving cost optimization and supplier-led innovation.
Manage supplier relationships, onboarding, performance tracking, and governance across EMEA with cross-functional partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to deliver measurable commercial benefits and mitigate supply risk.
Oversee sourcing to contract execution, ensuring continuity and robust compliance with KPI-driven performance.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and global procurement teams to scale best practices and progress to senior category leadership.
