The role
Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered agents and digital twins within high-consequence environments to improve enterprise decision-making.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, build and validate models, and monitor performance with scientific rigor.
Guide data science work within cross-functional delivery teams, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product leads to deliver value.
Translate deep customer problems into technical strategies and measurable impacts, especially in healthcare and life sciences use cases.
Apply a broad toolkit—supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series, Bayesian methods—and develop new algorithms when needed.
Demonstrate leadership, product-minded thinking, and a collaborative culture to advance AI Agent and Decision Hub capabilities.
