The role
Lead backend development for the Prime Sequel Platform, delivering scalable, high-performance components for finance P&L allocation.
Design, implement, and maintain Java-based services with Spring and a microservices architecture.
Own the full software lifecycle from analysis and design through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and global teams; mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
Apply TDD, robust code quality, security considerations, and regulatory awareness to ensure reliable systems.
Operate with autonomy, manage risk, and contribute to strategic technology decisions in a fast-paced environment.
