The role
Join a dynamic investment banking role focused on the Media & Communications sector, delivering high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions.
Support due diligence, document preparation, and negotiation while coordinating with clients, advisers, and cross-functional teams.
Create and refine complex financial models, perform valuation work, and conduct rigorous financial and market analysis.
Draft management presentations, board materials, and other deal documents for strategic client engagements.
