Director, Supply Chain Sustainability & Compliance
Based in Azerables, France, this on-site role leads a portfolio of high-impact sustainability and compliance programs across the supply chain. Lead cross-functional teams and advise executive leadership on ESG risks, opportunities, and regulatory trends. Drive transparency, ethical sourcing, and environmental performance through measures such as human rights due diligence, audits, and certifications. Oversee sustainability data systems and reporting aligned with global frameworks while developing KPIs and governance. Collaborate with Legal, HR, Production, Logistics, and Finance to implement policies, onboard suppliers, and manage contracts. Represent the organization in industry associations and sustainability forums while delivering projects on time and within budget.
