The role
Analyze and document user needs and opportunities for process reengineering to guide effective system design.
Design an integration architecture that connects PeopleSoft, MTA Origami, and the third-party risk management/claims system.
Configure middleware and establish data flows to enable reliable data transfer and migration across systems.
Define data mappings and transformation rules to harmonize formats and support seamless data exchange.
Develop APIs or leverage existing interfaces to enable real-time data exchange and alignment with business needs.
Lead testing, deployment, go-live support, monitoring, and knowledge transfer, providing ongoing project support to Legal, Safety, and Risk IT teams.
