The role
A Full Stack Developer with UX experience is sought to contribute to the development of secure, accessible, and user-friendly digital products across front end and back end technologies. The role involves collaboration with designers, developers, and product owners to turn user requirements into reliable software solutions, participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle. Emphasis is placed on user experience, responsive design, and accessibility, with technical skills in web technologies, APIs, and databases required. The candidate should have practical development experience, understanding of development principles, and familiarity with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of React, TypeScript, .NET, SQL, Azure, Figma, and automated testing is desirable but not essential. Effective communication, teamwork, and an interest in user-centred design are essential qualities for success in this position.
