The role
Design experiments to improve the system's coding and software engineering capabilities.
Create evaluations to measure key software engineering skills and performance.
Run ML and RL experiments, develop LLM-based agents, and design novel agentic capabilities.
Build infrastructure components to facilitate research and experimentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional research and infrastructure teams.
Ensure rigorous data curation, safety and ethical considerations to guide evaluation and development.
