The role
Industrial electricians are required for a factory upgrade project in Smethwick, focusing on electrical installation and refurbishment tasks. They will install, terminate, and gland SWA cables, as well as fit high-bay lighting from high-level busbar trunking systems. The role includes installing small power containment, completing busbar installations, and carrying out office refurbishments involving power and lighting. Candidates should have prior experience in industrial electrical installations, a valid IPAF licence, and a Gold JIB card. Technical skills needed include understanding power distribution systems and troubleshooting. The role is on a full-time, on-site basis with competitive CIS pay rates and a contract lasting around 12 weeks.
