The role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to drive accurate cost assessments for diverse projects.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scope to prepare comprehensive estimates using PlanSwift.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing and negotiate favorable terms.
Prepare bid proposals detailing labor, materials, equipment, and contingency allowances while refining estimates with on-site data.
Monitor budgets during execution to detect overruns early and support proactive cost control.
Assist in aligning schedules with project timelines and ensure estimates reflect contracts and scopes of work.
